I build custom automation workflows and AI-powered integrations for businesses that are tired of doing the same things manually, over and over. My work sits at the intersection of business operations and software: I take a process that currently requires someone to copy-paste, click, and wait, and replace it with a system that runs on its own.

Most of the businesses I work with are not large enterprises with dedicated engineering teams. They are growing companies — Swiss SMEs, European scale-ups, professional service firms — where the founders or operations leads are smart people doing too much manual work because nobody ever prioritised fixing it.

I work on the full spectrum: simple two-step automations that save an hour a week, complex multi-system workflows that orchestrate ten different tools, and AI integrations that replace judgment-intensive manual tasks like document processing, email triage, and data extraction.

I spent several years working inside technology and operations teams before building Workbot. That time gave me a specific frustration: I kept seeing well-run teams lose hours every week to processes that were clearly automatable — but nobody had the time or mandate to fix them.

The pattern repeated across finance teams reconciling spreadsheets, HR teams provisioning access for new hires, sales teams manually updating CRM records after calls, and dev teams running deployment checks by hand. The tools to fix all of this existed. The gap was someone who could connect the dots and build something that actually worked.

I started Workbot to close that gap — specifically for companies that do not have a full-time automation engineer on staff but have enough operational complexity that the absence of automation is genuinely costing them time and money.

I work with the tools that are genuinely best for the job, not the ones with the best marketing. For most automation work, that means n8n (self-hosted where data sensitivity requires it), Make for complex EU-hosted scenarios, and Zapier for simpler team-managed workflows.

For AI integration, I work with OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), and locally-hosted models via Ollama when client data cannot leave their infrastructure. I build integrations to whatever your business already uses: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Slack, Airtable, and 500+ other tools via API.

My approach is deliberately practical. I start by understanding the process as it exists today — including the edge cases, the exceptions, and the parts that make people uncomfortable to automate. Then I build incrementally, test with real data, and hand over something that actually works rather than a demo that breaks on the second use case.

Most of my work falls into four categories:

• IT and operations — employee provisioning and offboarding, infrastructure monitoring alerts, internal tool integrations
• Sales and CRM — lead enrichment, pipeline automation, CRM sync across tools
• Finance and accounting — invoice processing, expense reconciliation, document extraction
• Security operations — alert routing, incident response automation, compliance reporting

I work primarily with companies based in Switzerland and across Europe, ranging from 5-person startups to established firms with 200+ employees. Swiss data residency and revDSG compliance are standard considerations in how I design solutions.

I am based in Lausanne, Switzerland. I work with clients remotely across Switzerland and internationally, and can meet in person for clients in the Lake Geneva region (Geneva, Lausanne, Vaud).
